Apply now to get lined up with an interview Job Description This role supports a clean, modern manufacturing operation by performing a blend of inventory control, warehouse, and hands-on production activities. You will help clean parts, complete general assembly tasks, and, if aligned with your skill sets, support warehouse functions such as kitting and operating a forklift. The position is ideal for someone who pays close attention to detail, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to learn in a growing industrial environment. Responsibilities Clean parts and components as needed to prepare them for assembly and production. Perform general production and assembly duties according to established procedures and quality standards. Support electrical and mechanical assembly tasks as directed by production leadership. Assist with warehouse and inventory control activities, including kitting of parts and materials for production orders. Operate a forklift in the warehouse area when required, following all safety guidelines and training. Contribute to quality control efforts by checking work for accuracy and completeness and reporting any issues. Follow all safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members in production, assembly, and warehouse areas to meet daily output and quality goals. Adapt to changing priorities and learn new tasks across production, assembly, and inventory control functions. Why Work Here? Work Environment The role is based in a large, modern manufacturing facility that is very clean, well lit, and climate controlled. You will work around production, assembly, and warehouse areas that use electrical and mechanical assembly processes, quality control procedures, and standard material handling equipment such as forklifts. The schedule follows two primary shifts: a daylight shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and a second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m, and nightshift 10pm-6:30am. The environment emphasizes safety, organization, and consistent production flow, with a practical, industrial dress code suitable for manufacturing and warehouse work. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr. Full health benefits, 401k, weekly pay!
