Inventory Assistant

Position Overview We're seeking a skilled and innovative Inventory Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing inventory levels, receiving new product daily, keeping neat and tidy backstock, and processing returns. Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the Inventory Assistant include: Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders Accurately stock and organize inventory in the warehouse Maintain clean, organized, and efficient inventory storage systems Update inventory counts and product availability on the website Assist with processing customer returns and exchanges Coordinate RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) with manufacturers Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods Perform regular audits of inventory to assure accuracy Work closely with the fulfillment and customer service teams Qualifications The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: Experience managing inventory or background in fulfillment centers. Strong desire to optimize and organize large quantities of product. The ability and desire to keep a very neat and organized workspace. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Work Environment This is a part-time, hourly position based in our main warehouse.
