Job Description

At G.F. Bowman, our warehouse team plays a critical role in supporting our technicians and installers. As a Warehouse Inventory Associate, you'll help ensure materials are where they need to be, inventory stays accurate, and our field teams have what they need to serve customers each day. What You'll Do:
Receive and distribute truck stock replenishment. Deliver materials to installation teams each morning and return installation debris to the shop. Make deliveries to job sites as needed. Perform inventory counts on service trucks and warehouse stock. Complete cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Enter inventory adjustments and cycle count results into our inventory software. Update and maintain the van inventory tracking spreadsheet. Receive and verify incoming inventory deliveries. Replenish warehouse inventory and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well stocked. Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks that help keep the business running efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable using computers; Microsoft Excel and Word experience is a plus. ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds. Ability to safely use power tools and work on ladders, in attics, and on roofs when needed.
