We are seeking a dependable Inventory Clerk to support inventory control, material handling, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. Highlights of the Job Stable full-time opportunity Clean and organized work environment Opportunity to work with an established manufacturing team Hands-on inventory and ERP system experience Overtime opportunities available Team-oriented culture Schedule Full-time Overtime available as needed Responsibilities of the Inventory Clerk Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials and supplies using the ERP system Maintain accurate inventory records and place materials in designated bin locations Label raw materials and inventory items according to specifications Organize inventory and rotate stock following FIFO and shelf-life procedures Print and prepare labels and heat shrink materials based on customer and production requirements Pull and issue materials accurately to support production work orders Investigate and resolve inventory or material discrepancies Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory area following 5S standards Work closely with production, warehouse, and other departments to support operations Perform additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned #Lancaster10 Qualifications for the Inventory Clerk High school diploma or equivalent required Prior inventory, warehouse, production, or material handling experience preferred Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking systems preferred Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Understanding of FIFO inventory processes preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance and meet U.S. citizenship requirements EOE
