Parts Assistant Responsibilities and Duties:
Enters all shipping and receiving orders into inventory system Inventory control- cycle counting Receive and stock parts in proper VMRS location Able to lift up to 50 pounds Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports Audit data for invoicing Track shipments using various websites Responsible for obtaining any documents or information to bill customers Other projects/tasks as assigned by management
Other Skills/Abilities:
Exceptional communication and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with heavy duty vehicle parts/inventory preferred Ability to learn and apply basic use of inventory software and equipment Ability to maintain accuracy Email and general office duties
