  • EBS to join the Starline Team in Uniontown, PA.
The Cycle Counter is responsible for accurately counting and recording inventory levels within our warehouse. This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What Will You Do? Conducts regular cycle counts of inventory items according to established schedules/direction from leadership. Utilizes handheld scanners or other inventory management tools to accurately record inventory levels. Investigates and resolves discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. Assists in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to management. Maintains cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to facilitate efficient counting processes. Collaborate with other team members within inventory control/warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management practices. Adheres to all safety protocols and procedures at all times. Provides support during physical inventory audits and other inventory-related activities as needed. Continuously seeks opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency in counting processes. Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent isrequired.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably a warehouse or distribution environment strongly preferred. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using handheld scanners preferred. Basic computer skills required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cohesively in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours; overtime occasionally required. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Must be a self-starter. Working Conditions /
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. often. Stockroom setting with material handling equipment in use and limited exposure to environmental conditions. Regularly standing, walking, climbing ladders for prolonged periods of time. Work with personal safety equipment such as safety harness, foot protection, safety glasses, and hearing protection when necessary.
