Inventory Problem Solver - White Haven At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Inventory Problem Solver to work with a leading logistics company in White Haven. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy by investigating discrepancies and supporting quality compliance within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift Patterns M-TH 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Pay Rates 22.50 USD hourly Must-have Requirements for Inventory Problem Solver More than 1 year of experience in inventory control, cycle counts, or resolving inventory discrepancies Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Manhattan, PKMS, or Swisslog Proven ability to investigate inventory issues and determine root causes Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Desirable Requirements for Inventory Problem Solver Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment Role for Inventory Problem Solver Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies identified through cycle counts and audits Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices Communicate quality concerns and corrective actions to warehouse associates Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve overall inventory accuracy Benefits for Inventory Problem Solver Opportunity to work in a professional and safety-focused warehouse environment Stable schedule with a consistent Monday through Thursday shift Professional development within a leading logistics organization
