This position is responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have some bartending skills and knowledge, strong customer service and communication skills, and have some experience with Excel and POS systems. Beyond our hourly pay, there is opportunity to gain commission for any new clients you on-board. Your day will typically consist of getting up early and going to a new bar every day. This means you must have reliable transportation. Once at the bar, you will weigh/count all liquor bottles and kegs (if they have them). This generally takes 2-3 hours and will get faster as you go along. In addition to counting, you will be expected to enter invoices from deliveries and write recipes from their POS system. After all of this is complete, you will provide a detailed report and a hand written summary of the data. All of this work is done independently so being a responsible self-starter is a must! You will be expected to complete around 2 audits per day. About 10% of the work can be done at home (invoice entering). You will be expected to be available from 6am to 1pm Mon-Thurs. You will also have a sales opportunity as well. Once you become an account manager you will have the opportunity to earn commission. If you bring on a new client, you receive a $500 bonus as well as an 8% commission no matter if you do the counting or not. We are looking for a part-time candidate to start but have full time opportunities if you like it and do a good job. Responsibilities Manage client inventory and count quickly and accurately Process orders and invoices Maintain inventory levels and quality control Communicate with customers, internal sales staff, and external vendors Potential to lead staff training events Communicate with customers about their results Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications Strong social skills and superb customer service High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) with intermediate proficiency in Excel. Ability to work with user-friendly/intuitive proprietary software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. Ability to prioritize work. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to adapt quickly to change and adapt well under pressure under deadlines. Must be able to follow instructions. Must be able to work independently. As part of managing & counting inventory, lifting kegs is a requirement; Must be able to lift up to 160 lb kegs Reliable vehicle/transportation required While hours are flexible, early mornings are required to support clients.
