This individual will need to be able to operate with minimal direct supervision. Possess a leadership quality and work well with others. Be organized and efficient in daily task assignments. Communicate effectively with peers and management. Will need to possess email etiquette and typing skills. Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets. Need to acquire knowledge of multiple departments within the facility. The work includes activities with a significant impact on inventory or financials (i.e. auditing, crediting, RTV type functions. Duties will be defined by Inbound, Outbound, IC and Resolution department SOPs but individuals may be assigned tasks in multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
Perform Fulfillment Specialist I job duties in Inbound, Outbound, or IC support areas: Inbound Duties include: Work directly with clients and or client services on T-Sku resolution Perform root cause investigation on overages and short receipts Process product donations and/or destroys Assist leads with work dispatch as needed.
Outbound Duties Include:
Work directly with clients and/or client services on expedited shipments Perform root cause analysis on profiling, pick, pack and dunnage exceptions Coordinate RTV processing Assist leads with work dispatch as needed
Inventory Control Duties Include:
Perform root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies Performs back to stock function including work dispatch Prepare error logs Perform Pilferage research, reporting and Data entry as needed Communicate and resolve sku discrepancies in the WMS systems with appropriate team members. Monitor and report large inventory deviations with the management team Perform pilferage research and communicate findings with the management team Perform product receipts or profile items as needed
Resolution Duties Include:
Validate and ensure all orders are processed within client SLA utilizing reporting tools in the WMS Assist with epiphanies/bin checks/sku conversions Research inventory cancellations and adjustments utilizing multiple systems within the facility Support and train new associates and cross train in other areas of facility. Research and adjust damages, mixed product, missing UPC, etc Complete tasks with a minimal amount of direct supervision Complete understanding of both the Inbound and Outbound functions Update item profiles as needed Run and send reports within the WMS Research and identify inventory and order discrepancies Help reconcile inventory during all client transfers Investigate short-order allocations May perform as a backup Wave Planner All Functions Internal and external department reporting Any and all other duties assigned by supervisor/manager Follows all safety guidelines and performs in a safe and careful manner Processing specialized functions on a client by client basis
Qualifications:
Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in a team as well as independently. Basic PC knowledge Perform different job functions within the organizations warehouse department. Must be able to follow procedures, best practices and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Travel:
This position is not remote. Travel is not required.
