Inventory Assistant / Warehouse Inventory Associate

About the Role Lilac & Grace Boutique is hiring an Inventory Assistant to join our warehouse operations team. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role that combines hands-on inventory work with technology and accuracy. This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who can stay active all day, work efficiently, and handle physical warehouse tasks while maintaining accurate inventory counts using iPads and inventory software. The right person for this role is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment. Responsibilities Counting and verifying inventory accurately Using iPads and inventory systems to track product movement Reboxing and consolidating inventory Moving inventory throughout the warehouse Pulling customer and store orders accurately Organizing backstock and maintaining warehouse flow Assisting with inventory audits and cycle counts Receiving and sorting incoming shipments Keeping warehouse areas clean and organized Physical Requirements This is a labor-intensive warehouse position.

Applicants must be comfortable with:

Being on their feet for the majority of the shift Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Moving boxes and inventory throughout the day Going up and down ladders repeatedly throughout shifts Working quickly and efficiently in a warehouse setting Repetitive physical movement during long shifts Requirements Reliable transportation required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable learning and using technology/iPads Ability to stay focused during repetitive inventory tasks Self-motivated and able to work independently Positive attitude and team mentality Ability to move with urgency in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred Experience using inventory software or handheld devices is a plus Retail stockroom or logistics experience helpful

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
