GED Full Job Description Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate/Inventory Specialist at our conditioning and heating company, you will be responsible for managing the flow of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies through our warehouse. You will ensure accurate inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and efficient organization of materials to support our technicians in the field and keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels. Maintain organized bin locations, shelving, and storage areas for easy retrieval of parts.
Order Fulfillment:
Pull and stage parts and equipment for technician work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare outbound shipments for customer orders, repairs, or inter-branch transfers. Generate shipping labels and coordinate with carriers for pickups. Support to
Field Technicians:
Assist in kitting job-specific materials for upcoming installations and service calls. Accept returns of unused or defective parts from technicians and process them accordingly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Basic math skills for counting inventory and managing quantities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$21.82 - $25.86 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
