Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate/Inventory at our school, you will play a vital support role in the district's operations. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of educational materials, technology equipment, textbooks, facility supplies, and other critical items that support our students, teachers, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Inventory & Distribution:
Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately log all incoming shipments (e.g., textbooks, computers, science lab materials, paper goods, custodial supplies). Manage the distribution, collection, and inventory of seasonal items, athletic equipment, and event materials. Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and logical warehouse environment, ensuring items are easily accessible and clearly labeled.
Asset Management & Accuracy:
Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual comprehensive physical inventories of all district assets and supplies. Tag, track, and maintain accurate records of district property, particularly for high-value technology and equipment. Assist with the proper disposal of obsolete items, following district guidelines and sustainability practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Pay:
$21.82 - $25.79 per hour
