Job Description

Inventory Auditor Position Summary:
The Inventory Auditor tracks and analyzes warehouse inventory levels by ensuring accuracy through cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Inventory Accuracy Accurately perform daily cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies between physical counts and system records for primary and secondary warehouses. Data Management Ensure necessary ERP transactions are performed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions. Quality Collaborating with Quality department with managing and tracking suspect parts. Responsible for Material Review Board (MRB) management and adjustments. Problem Solving Analyze and investigate inventory variances in a timely manner. Assist with process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency. Warehouse Support Support warehouse operations as needed. Qualifications Minimum three years of experience in inventory management or warehousing. Cycle counting experience required. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP software. Detail-oriented to maintain high accuracy. Self-starter, energetic and goal focused. Working Conditions Ability to lift (often up to 50-60 pounds), stand, walk, and maneuver in a warehouse environment for up to eight hours per day. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a regular basis. Reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a regular basis. Stoop, kneel, or bend, on a regular basis. Must comply with all safety standards and procedures. May require extended hours during peak seasons or project deadlines. Takeuchi is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
