Job Description

Overview Join our CLS team as a Truck Unloader and become a vital part of our fast-paced warehouse operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently unloading trucks, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This position is production based. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service by keeping stock flowing smoothly from delivery to sales floor. Responsibilities Safely unload trucks using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols at all times Conduct thorough inventory control by verifying shipments against delivery documentation and updating inventory records using RF scanners Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, including cleaning work areas and ensuring equipment is in good working order Support shipping & receiving processes by accurately logging items received or dispatched and coordinating with team members Provide excellent customer service when interacting with retail staff or delivery personnel, demonstrating strong communication skills Experience Prior warehouse experience preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is highly advantageous Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus; certification is preferred but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are beneficial for effective communication within diverse teams Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packaging, and inventory control tasks Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and support overall warehouse operations Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to operational excellence!
