Job Requirements Position Summary The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of required facility materials, which consists of medical and office supplies. Required to maintain appropriate stock levels, assure stock rotation, minimize expenditure, and uphold compliance with all regulatory standards. Position is responsible for ordering supplies through Infor/Lawson. Provides help with all employee functions, data input, maintaining storage areas, and any necessary support for office personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Education High school diploma or GED Preferred Experience 1 year computer and customer service experience License/Registration/Certifications N/A Preferred Requirements Preferred Education N/A Preferred Experience N/A Preferred License/Registration/Certifications N/A Core Job Responsibilities Order and stock office and medical supplies and specialty forms. Monitor inventory levels on a daily basis and determines order quantities for all applicable vendors. Determine appropriate PAR levels and reorder points for stock based on usage pattern changes. Maintain appropriate stock levels and assure stock rotation Data input as needed for all department managers/administrator Data input for Payroll Based Journaling (PBJ) Auditing of PBJ file Perform other duties as assigned.
