Job Description

Job Summary The Inventory Clerk is responsible for supporting the accuracy, integrity, and organization of clinical trial materials across all inventory locations within the site. This role ensures that all materials are received, verified, stored, moved, and documented in accordance with established SOPs, quality requirements, and regulatory expectations. The Inventory Clerk plays a critical part in maintaining reliable stock levels, supporting production workflows, and ensuring the proper traceability and availability of materials used across CTM operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receives, verifies, and documents incoming materials by confirming quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, temperature conditions, and supporting documentation, ensuring accurate entry into the ERP system. Stores materials in appropriate bin locations according to established procedures, temperature requirements, and material classifications, maintaining clear labeling, organization, and traceability. Performs material movements within the inventory system, including reclassing, bin updates, LC number assignment, and transfers to quarantine or other designated locations as required. Conducts routine cycle counts, reconciles discrepancies, and supports inventory adjustments to maintain accurate stock levels and system integrity. Maintains inventory accuracy through consistent lot control, expiration tracking, and documentation of damaged, expired, or quarantined materials. Prepares and replenishes prepped items, assembly components, and other materials needed to support Kit Build, Picking, and Shipping operations. Creates, updates, and maintains bin locations and utilizes ERP tools such as advanced lookup functions to ensure accurate item selection and system recordkeeping. Processes temperature-controlled materials and electronic loggers according to established handling, documentation, and posting requirements. Troubleshoots receiving discrepancies by performing PO lookups, reviewing documentation, and communicating with Warehouse, Purchasing, or internal stakeholders to resolve issues. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support workflow continuity, communicate material shortages or issues, and ensure timely availability of required items. Maintains a clean, organized, and safety-compliant inventory area while consistently following SOPs, GDP principles, and regulatory requirements. Supports audit readiness by ensuring all inventory movements, documentation, and system entries are complete, accurate, and compliant. Perform other duties as assigned to support operations. Education and Experience High School Diploma(or in process of obtaining equivalent) required. Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or regulated materials handling preferred. Experience in ERP systems, material traceability, or cycle counting is an advantage. Skills and Ability Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good English reading, comprehension, and communication skills

While performing the duties of this job, the occupant is regularly required to: Sit 25% of the week. Stand and walk 75% of the week. Walk and/or reach with hands and arms 75% of the week. Specific vision abilities required by this job include hand-eye coordination and hand manipulation, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
