Based on experience Works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Balance customer service, order fulfillment, inventory management and upselling Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers, representing the company in a professional manner Provide trade professionals with parts, supplies and technical support Processes, pulls and distributes customer products quickly and efficiently Handles questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner Accurately performs data entry of sales orders to generate an invoice of products ordered to be picked up or delivered. Secures payment of invoice Assists in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right parts, accessories, and related products based on their needs. Provide product information, maintenance procedures, etc, to help customers make informed decisions. Manage inventory levels through accurate stock control, order fulfillment, and inventory management systems. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit card payments, and cashiering responsibilities with precision. Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with the team to ensure proper stocking of shelves, organized displays, and timely restocking of parts and accessories. Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers or new products to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards and inventory control. Requirements Experience working in a wholesale distribution Strong customer-service attitude. Good computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues. knowledge of swimming pool industry Forklift experience Ability to lift 50+ lbs. throughout day and move 100 pounds with a dolly. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels accurately and perform retail math confidently. Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and phone etiquette skills for client communication both in person and over the phone.
