Parts & Inventory Associate Smokey Mountain Trailer Outlet - Sevierville, TN Smokey Mountain Trailer Outlet is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing parts and inventory team. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, takes pride in their work, and enjoys contributing to a positive, hands-on environment. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering the best possible service to every customer and team member. A willingness to learn new skills and jump in wherever needed. Attention to detail and care in keeping things organized and accurate. Mechanical aptitude or general familiarity with tools, trailers, or vehicle parts. Prior experience in auto, RV, or trailer parts is a plus but not required. Basic customer service or point-of-sale experience is helpful. Forklift experience is a plus — we'll train the right person if needed. What You'll Do Assist in receiving, labeling, and restocking parts and accessories . Track inventory and assist with periodic counts. Support customers at the parts counter and by phone with friendly, helpful service . Assist in maintaining an accurate and organized parts area. Sticker and label trailers and ensure the lot remains clean, organized, and presentable. Work closely with team members and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.
