Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Used Auto Parts Puller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently extracting used auto parts from vehicles, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Your efforts will directly contribute to our goal of delivering high-quality parts promptly and safely. Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move vehicles and auto parts within the warehouse Use barcode scanning and inventory management systems to accurately locate, pick, and stock auto parts Manually handle and extract auto parts from vehicles using appropriate tools and safety equipment Assist in order fulfillment by preparing parts for shipping or customer pickup Maintain safety protocols by using personal protective equipment (PPE) during all manual handling tasks Support shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading vehicles and freight Conduct quality control checks on pulled parts to ensure they meet company standards Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or automotive environment familiarity preferred Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Knowledge of inventory management systems and barcode scanning for logistics purposes Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and proper use of material handling equipment Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory items Strong adherence to safety protocols and PPE use in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, and stock management Join our team at Hwy 54 Salvage where your skills will help keep our operations running smoothly! Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
