Temp We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory records match physical stock, identifying discrepancies, and helping maintain accurate inventory levels that support production and customer fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled cycle counts based on inventory classification and count schedules. Physically count inventory located in bins, racks, shelves, and storage areas. Compare physical inventory counts with system records and identify discrepancies. Investigate inventory variances caused by receiving errors, picking errors, misplaced materials, or data entry issues. Process inventory adjustments according to established procedures and approval requirements. Maintain accurate inventory documentation and audit records. Report recurring inventory issues and assist in implementing corrective actions and process improvements. Support inventory audits and full physical inventory counts as needed. Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy. Qualifications Previous inventory, cycle counting, warehouse, or stockroom experience preferred. Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Basic math and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and follow established procedures. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments. Performance Expectations Maintain a high level of count accuracy. Complete assigned cycle counts on schedule. Assist in reducing inventory variances and discrepancies. Resolve inventory issues in a timely manner. Support continuous improvement efforts within warehouse operations. Work Environment Warehouse and stockroom setting. Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift. Occasional lifting and moving of inventory materials. Use of barcode scanners, computers, and inventory management systems. Why Join Us?
