Job Description
Local Legend Outfitters is a dynamic and passionate company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics. We strive to provide the best design concepts possible for our customers across each type of media with precision and efficiency. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for small details, and the ability to keep inventory organized and processes flowing. This is an efficiency support position. Key Responsibilities Using Shirt Order entries to count, confirm and organize incoming screen printing and embroidery jobs. Communicating shortages and delayed deliveries with the production manager. Pulling blanks from shelves when necessary to complete jobs and making notations for reorder. Overlooking all produced apparel and headwear items for quality control. Fixing small spot areas. Reporting large issues to production manager to be sent back to production for fix or replacement. Recounting and re-boxing finished goods, delivering them to pick up bay, and submitting job ticket to designated sales member for customer contact. Assisting screen printing crew with tasks such as catching conveyor runs and pulling shirts from platens. Assisting embroidery crew with trimming, heating, and finish out. Heat pressing garments. General cleaning and organizational duties. Must be able to lift 50 lb boxes. Job schedule is typically 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Opportunity to work overtime is very likely July-December as it is our busiest time of the year. Summer hours (June-July) will likely be closer to 25 hours/week. Flexible with scheduling time off requests as long as we have a 2 week heads up.
