Job Overview Oasis Freight Carriers LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This position is responsible for keeping inventory accurate, organized, and properly documented while assisting with receiving, storage, and shipment preparation. No previous inventory experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for candidates who are motivated to learn and work as part of a team. The responsibilities below follow common Inventory Associate duties such as counting stock, maintaining records, processing incoming goods, and resolving inventory discrepancies. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming products, materials, and supplies Count and verify inventory quantities Enter and update inventory information in company systems Organize products in designated warehouse locations Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory checks Compare physical inventory with system records Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced items Assist with receiving and shipping activities Prepare inventory for orders and outbound shipments Apply labels and maintain accurate product identification Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and easy to access Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and other team members Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Assist with other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed Requirements No previous experience required; training is provided Ability to accurately count and record information Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software Good attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and with a team Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday Ability to safely handle warehouse materials If you are organized, dependable, and interested in building experience in inventory and logistics, we encourage you to apply to join Oasis Freight Carriers .
