We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support the daily operations of our computer server assembly warehouse. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing inventory transactions, preparing documentation, and coordinating material flow between warehouse and production. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Process inventory transactions (receiving, issuing, transfers, returns) in the ERP or WMS system
- Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and returned for server assembly operations
- Generate and print pick lists, packing slips, shipping labels, and other warehouse documents
- Support production with kitting documentation, material tracking, and component verification
- Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and label accuracy
- Ensure physical inventory matches system records and escalate discrepancies
- File and organize paperwork related to materials, shipments, and quality control
- Communicate with purchasing, production, and quality teams to resolve material or documentation issues
- Follow and support ESD and safety compliance in all warehouse activities

Candidate Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Basic understanding of inventory processes, shipping/receiving, and material flow
- Comfortable working with computer hardware and part numbers
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in electronics or server manufacturing environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Forklift certification or willingness to learn is a plus

- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Work Environment:
- Office/desk located within a climate-controlled warehouse or production floor
- Frequent use of computers, barcode scanners, and office equipment
- Occasional walking, lifting (up to 30 lbs), or light material handling
- May require working flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Warehouse environment - can be noisy, fast-paced, and may require PPE
- Standing, walking, and lifting throughout shift
