Job Description
The Job:

As in Inventory and Records Management Associate, you will travel every week to provide outstanding service to Records Consultants, Inc. clients. As an Inventory and Records Management Associate, you will identify, sort and catalogue our client's physical documents and records and assig a destruction date per state regulations. Additionally, you will use handheld scanners to collect asset data on-site for our client's inventory projects. This position requires organization, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an Inventory and Records Management Associate, you will find yourself in a variety of locations from a city's mayor's office to the maintenance yard to school classrooms. Lifting, standing, walking and driving are regular job duties as well.Travel:
This position requiresWEEKLY OVERNIGHT TRAVEL.
In a typical week, you will fly to client's location on Monday and return home on Friday (home most weekends). Some clients will be within a driving distance and require you to commute using your own vehicle. Reliable vehicle, driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record are required.About RCI, Inc:

Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately scan, count, and barcode assets according to client requirements
- Sort, classify, and determine destruction dates for records
- Receive and review daily assignments with Project Coordinator
- Perform daily and weekly quality control checks with Project Coordinator
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients on job sites
- Collaborate with Team Members to provide the best service and value to clients
Schedule:
Monday- Friday Full-time Weekly, overnight travel
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory management and/or records management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Possess critical thinking and organizational skills
- Desire and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to pass a drug screening test, background check and have clean motor vehicle report
- Must have a reliable vehicle, driver's license, auto insurance
- Available for travel every week, all year
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift and move 40lbs The ideal candidate will enjoy the fast-paced nature of this position and have a desire to grow into a leadership role.
