Responsibilities Tracking and Recording:
Update inventory management systems and databases with incoming and outgoing shipments.
Receiving and Inspecting:
Unpack deliveries, check for damages, and verify that packing slips match received items.
Auditing:
Conduct physical counts, cycle counts, and periodic stock audits to find discrepancies.
Reordering Stock:
Monitor depleted items and place purchase orders or notify managers when supplies run low.
Organizing:
Label shelves, tag merchandise, and keep storage areas clean and secure.
Reporting:
Prepare inventory reports on stock levels, damaged goods, or missing items for management
Skills Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Tech Skills:
Proficiency in data entry, inventory software (WMS), and Microsoft Excel.
Math and Detail:
Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail to spot discrepancies.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Communication:
