Inventory Control Associate

Inventory Control Associate Salary:

$18 - $20 per hour

Position Overview:

Performs daily and on-demand cycle counts and accurately records inventory results using the company's inventory management system. Assists with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies and maintains orderly, accurate stock locations within the warehouse. Works under the direction of inventory leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Support inventory accuracy by executing assigned inventory counts and maintaining organized, accurate stock locations. Deliver timely reporting of inventory discrepancies, variances, or irregularities to inventory leadership for review and resolution. Adhere to established inventory control procedures, system processes, and operational standards. Maintain the physical condition and organization of inventory locations to reduce damage, misplacement, and counting errors. Support the daily warehouse operations by ensuring inventory records and physical stock remain aligned.

Qualifications:

Competency with mathematics and critical thinking Physical ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours in a workday Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl repeatedly Organizational and communication skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1 year experience with RF scanner (required) 1 year experience doing cycle counts (preferred) 1 year experience driving sitdown forklift (preferred) 1year experience in Inventory or Warehouse setting (preferred) Hazardous materials training (preferred)
