Qualifications English Full Job Description Schedule/Hours:
Part-Time Schedule :
Monday-Saturday (29 hours per week, Requires Saturday Shift. Hours are based on store need typically between 8am-6pm) This position is responsible for: Receiving, inspecting, sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items for display or storage. The Warehouse Sorter evaluates items based on established standards to determine suitability for sale or recycling and supports the overall efficiency of warehouse and store operations. This role also ensures a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting and Processing Donations (50%) Pricing and Tagging Merchandise (20%) Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness (20%) Support to Store Operations and Volunteers (10%)
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work will normally be performed in a warehouse environment where there are physical discomforts associated with dust, noise, and temperature associated with the warehouse environment. Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to communicate in the English language Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Ability to perform duties that require frequent walking, standing, squatting, climbing, bending and lifting. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds.
