Job Description

3 job positions for Odessa/ Midland stores The entry-level Inventory Associate is responsible for ensuring the proper organization of merchandise, as directed by the Inventory Manager. This role involves assisting with incoming shipments. The Inventory Associate plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency by accurately reporting when merchandise is incomplete or inaccurate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned. Unboxing incoming shipments. Ensure inventory is properly tagged and displayed (folded, hung, stored) for easy access and purchase by customers. Assist restocking inventory from storage to sales floor as needed to meet inventory levels. Assist with regular physical inventory counts. Pick, pack, and prepare inventory items for shipments as needed. Consistent communication regarding any missing, damaged, or inaccurate merchandise. Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and vendor information obtained while employed. Complete required training programs as assigned to ensure job readiness and compliance with company and job-specific standards. Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations, and all established company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below represent the minimum experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform this role satisfactorily. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred. Ability to lift and move items 25 lbs. or heavier as needed. Effective interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mentality. Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing assigned duties.
Pay:
From $11.00 per hour
