Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Inventory Associate to join our team. The Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified). Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with other warehouse duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Basic math and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Forklift certification is a plus.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
