Primary duties include creating, reviewing, and closing production work orders; managing production logs and batch sheets; ensuring accurate coding and lot dating; and verifying bills of materials. The role involves printing and applying labels, performing real-time cycle counts, recording weights/quantities of finished products, and coordinating with the supply chain for raw material receipts. The clerk also manages defective/damaged inventory and generates inter-company transfer records. Additionally, the role requires validating and verifying all inventory data, calculating yield and loss, researching and substantiating discrepancies using systems and historical numbers movements, climbing structures, getting dirty, and driving trucks.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Years Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, purchasing, or ERP systems; 1 year in a production or warehouse setting.
Technical Skills:
RF scanner proficiency, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP/WMS knowledge.

High School Diploma or GED required.
