In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of inventory locations by counting and auditing inventory data. You will also play a key role in proposing and helping to implement continuous improvements to our overall inventory processes. ...
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels and location data across designated areas. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies through root-cause analysis, collaborating with relevant departments to implement corrective actions. Maintain and update inventory records within SAP, including transaction adjustments and cycle count data, to ensure data integrity and traceability. Support physical inventory preparation and execution, including audits and variance reporting. Conduct thorough audits of the off-site warehouse to resolve any discrepancies. Assist internal teams in locating materials and fulfilling ad-hoc inventory requests, including Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring timely resolution. Actively participate in problem-solving processes, contributing to efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization. Adhere to safety protocols, efficient material handling, housekeeping practices (5S+), and company policies.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Forklift Experience:
Forklift experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
Technical Skills:
great computer skills, including MS Office. Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail, effective communication skills, adaptability, and a positive work ethic. Ability to accurately comprehend written and verbal work instructions.

1-4 years

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and using both hands to lift and lower materials (with or without accommodations). Must be comfortable working efficiently in hot environments and tolerating loud noises standard in a manufacturing facility.
