FULL-TIME DAYS
The Distribution Tech II is responsible for maintaining supply stock at location. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities General Functions:
Receives and processes various supply orders. Delivers supplies to the desired destination. Builds orders for stock replenishment. Replenishes crash carts and trays. Maintains and cleans stock locations. Loads and unloads materials within the storage facility. Participates in physical inventory and cycle counts.
Handles supplies:
removes all products from casings and rotates stock to assure all products are use prior to expiration date Assists with maintaining physical inventory for supplies by updating PAR levels, managing stock outs and utilizing report tools Performs receiving, distribution and shipping functions Follows department policies and procedure to determine whether to discard or clean and disinfect items returned for processing Monitors stock returns and usage rates and notifies leader when par levels are inadequate Surveys supplies to determine which supplies have reached re-order points and then orders supplies Performs data entry Utilizes resources efficiently and effectively Maintains safe environment Participates in Performance Improvement activities Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION
High School Graduate or equivalent
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Some college coursework
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
: 2 years of supply chain specific experience
