We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping / Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse operations, with a focus in receiving, inspecting, and tracking inventory. Pay
- $18•20 (based on experience) (WEEKLY PAY) Shift•8am•5pm Monday•Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect shipments: Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Report discrepancies to the appropriate department.
Data Entry:
Accurately enter received inventory into the ERP system, ensuring all information is correctly recorded, including quantities, product codes, and lot numbers.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of received items, report damages or shortages, and track inventory levels in real-time within the ERP system.
Quality Control:
Conduct visual and physical inspections of received products to ensure they meet quality standards. Handle and report any damaged or defective items appropriately.
Stocking and Organization:
Ensure received products are properly labeled, stored, and organized in the warehouse for easy retrieval.
Communication:
Collaborate with the purchasing and accounting teams to resolve any discrepancies in shipments or inventory records.
Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with company and industry standards. Perform cycle counts and audits as required to ensure accuracy in inventory levels and report discrepancies.

Experience:
Previous experience in warehouse operations or receiving is highly preferred. Experience in using ERP systems for inventory tracking is required. Attention to

Strong attention to detail is essential for verifying shipments and inputting accurate data into the ERP system.
ERP System Proficiency:
Must be able to efficiently use an ERP system to manage inventory records and transactions.
Physical:
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds as required. Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
Organizational Skills:
