In this position, you will be responsible for verifying and recording incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies, collaborate with vendors and freight companies, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery and receipt. Additionally, you will assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and replenishment activities, as well as operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team are essential. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems are a plus. This role requires the ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
