Job Description

Inventory Control Senior Associate Location(s): Woodsboro, TX, US, 78393 RWE Americas, LLC To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: Operations & Maintenance
Remuneration:
Non-Exempt This role falls under the Operationsanization through an Inventory Control Supervisor. The Inventory Control Senior Associate will be responsible for master data accuracy supporting the inventory, ensuring the right part is available at the time, and assisting site operations with managing warranty claims.
Role Responsibilities:
Create Purchase Requisitions for all goods needed for site and Balance of Plan (BOP) operations and maintenance in the region Perform all inventory movements in SAP Ability to support multiple sites with minimal assistance Perform Quarterly counts and maintain accurate inventory level percentages Analyzes product usage and adjusts MRP as appropriate with operations consent to optimize inventory levels Learn and utilize the Product Life Cycle Management process Demonstrate a strong safety culture mindset Keep accurate master data information uploaded Perform all shipping/receiving duties Review open orders from suppliers andmunicate ship dates to necessary parties (risk report) while building relationships with external vendors Track serializedponents and resolve discrepancies within inventory records Generate inventory and logistics reports using SAP Ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of spare part inventory using
SAP PM/MM
Request new part creation and extensions as needed Support an adequate record of all inventory levels at assigned locations in SAP MM and accurate bin locations Bes familiar and remains current regarding the necessary parts and materials for maintenance at responsible sites Performs daily/monthly inspections and observations at prospective site(s) Is a liaison between OEM and Site operations for sites under warranty Manages warranty claims for sites under warranty Works independently with occasional guidance All other duties assigned
Job Requirements and Experiences:
At least 1 year of experience preferred in Material Management in SAP MM or a similar maintenance system High School degree. Associates or higher in business or technical preferred Typical work hours are from 7 am
  • 3:30 pm, with potential to change dependent on workload Expected travel 4-6 Weeks of the year, and you may be required to fill in at multiple (nearby) worksites Must be able to work in extreme temperatures Must have a valid driver's license Must possess excellent written and oralmunication skills Candidates should be highlyanized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to interact effectively and professionally with various levels of personnel and departments, vendors and able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Safety•Promote safety for all at all times Initiative•Able to work with minimum supervision and make decisions for all issues related to his/her discipline(s) with limited and/or available information Technical/Functional Knowledge•Strong understanding of inventory processes, familiar with Excel, and able to be certified and maintain the ability to operate a forklift and be CPR and first aid certified.
Minimum intermediate Office Suiteputer skills and knowledge Problem Solving
  • Ability to research and correct invoicing issues, inventory discrepancies, and goods issue/goods receipt, be able to follow prepared work instructions, sourcing other parts with the aid of procurement and engineering Flexibility
  • Adjust readily to changes in direction and work priorities while working efficiently toplete assigned tasks and achieve goals
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long periods of time, over 2/3 times Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crawl, under 1/3 time Must have the ability to identify and distinguish colors, under 1/3 time Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, under 1/3 of the time Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
