Job Description

Inventory & Warehouse Clerk Job description: The Inventory & Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for the scanning of the production work orders ensuring accuracy in inventory supplies and ingredient traceability is maintained. Further, the incumbent will act as a warehouse associate handling the efficient and safe movement of materials within our warehouse facility. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintains an accurate running inventory. Pick ingredients, and work orders for production staff. Operate a forklift and other industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Transport materials and products within the warehouse. Stack and store products in an organized manner. Always follow safety procedures and guidelines. Assist in inventory management and cycle counting. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment. Makes deliveries to customers, as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient with inventory control systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent time management skills. Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse setting. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Must be able to speak and understand English. Must have reliable transportation. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying. Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
