Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Springville, UT. This role supports warehouse, inventory, production, and shipping operations within the security and surveillance industry. The Warehouse Associate will help keep materials moving accurately and efficiently by stocking inventory, pulling work orders, preparing shipments, and supporting production teams. Key Responsibilities
- Stock materials and supply parts to production departments, machines, and other work areas.
- Pull sales orders, work orders, and pick lists accurately based on requirements.
- Count, verify, receive, and process incoming inventory and shipments.
- Conduct inventory transactions, cycle counts, queue report audits, and rack restocking.
- Package parts kits, apply proper labels, assemble boxes, build crates, and prepare products for shipping.
- Move materials using pallet jacks, dollies, or by hand while maintaining a clean and organized workflow. Compensation and Benefits

Springville, UT. Required Qualifications and Skills- Pull and complete sales orders, work orders, parts orders, and inventory requests.
- Receive, verify, stock, and organize warehouse materials and shipments.
- Prepare parts, kits, boxes, crates, and containers for shipping or outside processing.
- Support production teams by delivering required materials to the correct departments and work areas.
- 0 to 2 years of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, production, or related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret sales orders, work orders, pick lists, packing lists, and verbal instructions.
- Must be comfortable standing and being on your feet throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Proficiency using a computer and various computer applications.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day.
- Flexibility with job assignments and willingness to support multiple warehouse functions.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and teamwork.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a 10-year criminal background check, 5-year employment verification, education verification, and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications
- SAP or Cincom experience preferred.
- Previous experience with inventory counts, warehouse transactions, counting scales, shipping, receiving, or material handling is helpful.
