In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain stock integrity, streamline order fulfillment, and support our commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities Receive and process returned goods Inspect returned items for damage or defects and determine appropriate disposition Stock returned products accurately onto pallets. Prepare items for resale, recycling, or disposal following company protocols Assist with put away & receiving tasks to support order fulfillment goals Qualifications Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP software is advantageous Ability to operate RF scanners and order pickers accurately and efficiently Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry tasks Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, Knowledge of e-commerce logistics processes is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in stocking and inventory control Join us as a Returns & Inventory Associate and become an essential part of our fast-moving warehouse team!
