Job Description

Flow Companies of Charlottesville is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and hands on Inventory Manager to oversee the presentation, merchandising, and management of new and used vehicle inventory. This role is responsible for ensuring dealership inventory is accurately represented both on the lot and online. Responsibilities Oversee the display and presentation of new and used vehicle inventory both at the dealership and across online platforms and the dealership website Ensure each vehicle has an accurate description and the required photographs for online listings Take and upload 40+ professional photographs of each vehicle Ensure all manufacturer and State of Virginia required items and materials are properly displayed Monitor and maintain accurate and up to date vehicle pricing both online and on applicable dealership inventory Regularly inspect inventory conditions and follow vehicles through the reconditioning process, including service and detail Work closely with the used and new sales managers to ensure inventory is properly managed and presented Monitor and maintain dealership key tracker machines Assist with transporting vehicles between dealership locations as needed Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple inventory management systems and software programs Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Previous automotive dealership or inventory management experience Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate multiple software program Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks Professional and effective communication through meetings, emails, and texts We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time.
