Responsibilities What You'll Do:
As our Inventory Clerk, you'll be the backbone of the operation—tracking, stocking, and distributing the parts that keep our service and install crews moving. You'll work behind the scenes but stay at the center of it all.Key Responsibilities:
Receive parts requests from HVAC Service Technicians and accurately identify and order the required parts. Create and process purchase orders (POs) through Coupa for parts and related purchases. Track outstanding parts orders from the time they are placed through delivery and maintain accurate records of order status. Maintain a spreadsheet of all warranty-related parts with the information needed for another team member to process warranty claims. Communicate regularly with the Dispatch team regarding parts status, expected arrival dates, delays, and parts that have arrived and are ready for customer scheduling. Assist with truck and warehouse inventory , including inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels. Receive and put away stock orders and warehouse materials as time allows. Help maintain an organized parts and warehouse area. Follow up with vendors and suppliers as needed regarding availability, order status, backorders, and delivery timelines.Qualifications What You Bring:
Experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse operations Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical materials a plus Basic computer skills A team mindset and eye for detailWhat We Offer:
