About Us Smyth Electrical Services is a professional electrical services company dedicated to delivering reliable solutions and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to join our team and help maintain accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse operations. Job Summary The Inventory Associate is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, receiving and organizing materials, maintaining inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory and materials. Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations. Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages or discrepancies. Prepare materials and supplies for technicians and project teams. Update inventory records using company systems and spreadsheets. Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to improve inventory processes and efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and time-management skills. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Pay:
