Full Job Description Summary:

The Inventory Solutions Associate is responsible for executing large-scale sorting and card organization projects. This position may require night and weekend hours as assigned by the Inventory Solutions Manager.

The Gathering. Possess great attention to detail. Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual. Able to work well independently and as a part of a team. Ability to remain flexible and accomplish tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and make good use of new programs and assets. Moderate to extensive familiarity with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Essential Duties:

Maintain a well-organized working environment, carefully observing proper box labeling and drop-off locations. Use Company tools such as Wrike, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint to effectively communicate ongoing project updates, respond to changes in assignments, and share observations with other Inventory Solutions team members and leadership. Complete large-scale or multi-step wholesale projects as scheduled or assigned. Complete hand-sorting projects as assigned. Assist with regular upkeep of the Inventory Solutions department and equipment as assigned. Assist with order fulfillment as assigned. Assist with projects outside of the department as necessary.

Work Environment, Physical, and Mental Demands:

'Regularly' indicates this action would generally occur for over 5 hours each shift. 'Frequently' would generally occur for 2.5 to 5 hours each shift. 'Occasionally' would occur periodically but is necessary to complete essential duties. Regularly must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for short distances. Regularly must stoop, bend, kneel, reach, and maintain full dexterity. Regularly required to utilize finger and hand dexterity with repetitive motion tasks. Regularly work around hazardous machinery with a high noise volume. Frequently required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Frequently operates a computer, utilizing a mouse and keyboard. Frequently required to continuously walk. Work environment often has airborne dust particles.

Schedule:
