Inventory & Sorting Associate (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Location:
Shawsville, Virginia Pay:
Starting at $14.00 /hr.
Schedule:
Part-Time or Full-Time. Flexible scheduling available. About The Company We are a growing eCommerce business specializing in surplus, overstock, and name-brand merchandise sold online. Every day is different, with thousands of unique products coming through our warehouse. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, works efficiently, and is comfortable using a computer. Job Responsibilities Sort and organize incoming inventory Identify products and match them with inventory records Enter product information accurately into our computer system Label, categorize, and organize merchandise for storage Maintain an organized warehouse and inventory locations Perform inventory counts and help keep records accurate Assist with preparing items for listing and shipment Work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency What We're Looking For Comfortable using computers and learning new software Strong attention to detail Able to perform basic mental math quickly (counting, pricing, quantities, simple calculations) Organized and dependable Self-motivated with a good work ethic Able to stand, walk, lift, and move boxes throughout the day (up to 40-50 lbs occasionally) Previous warehouse, inventory, retail, or eCommerce experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person. Ideal Candidate The right person enjoys organizing things, notices small details others miss, and likes working with a variety of products. You don't need to know everything—we're looking for someone who learns quickly, stays organized, and takes pride in accurate work.
