In this role, you will be responsible for sorting LEGO minifigure parts and LEGO bricks, to support our growing online Bricklink store. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, patience, and a passion for LEGO collections. This paid position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to quality and accuracy in inventory management. Responsibilities Sort LEGO minifigure parts and LEGO bricks with precision, ensuring correct categorization by color, type, and size. Organize sorted pieces systematically to facilitate easy access and efficient inventory management. Verify the quality of LEGO pieces, removing damaged or unusable items from the collection. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sorting workspace to promote safety and productivity. Assist in preparing LEGO sets or individual pieces for listing on the Bricklink store. Follow established procedures for sorting and inventory control to ensure consistency and accuracy. Requirements Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Basic knowledge of LEGO products is preferred but not mandatory; an interest in LEGO is beneficial. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Patience and focus are essential for sorting small parts efficiently. Reliable with good time management skills to meet productivity goals. Prior experience in sorting, inventory management, or similar roles is a plus but not required.
