Job Description

Keep Care Moving Behind the Scenes. We are seeking a dependable and organized Materials Distribution Technician to support the daily operations of our Materials Management department. This role is essential in ensuring hospital and clinic departments are accurately stocked with the supplies and equipment needed to provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining efficient inventory and distribution processes throughout the organization. The Materials Distribution Technician is responsible for inventory distribution, receiving, stocking, and inventory maintenance functions across the organization. This position works closely with multiple departments to ensure supplies and equipment are delivered accurately and timely while maintaining organized inventory systems and records.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory, pull, and stock supplies for departments based on established par levels and stocking sheets. Ensure departments are appropriately supplied with necessary materials and equipment. Route incoming product to appropriate storage locations and shelves upon delivery. Receive and distribute supplies, equipment, and freight throughout the organization. Deliver materials promptly and accurately to designated departments. Issue supplies to departments using the inventory management system. Maintain accurate inventory records using departmental stocking sheets and sign-out documentation. Ensure shelves are organized, stocked, and billable items are labeled appropriately. Assist with annual physical inventory counts and periodic inventory spot-checks.

Ideal Candidate:
Current Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current BLS certification Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Must be able to work with patients across the age continuum and with varying medical conditions Previous clinic or outpatient nursing experience preferred Why Join Us?
