•6:30 AM About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate / Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support warehouse and fulfillment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inventory management, material movement, receiving, shipping, quality inspections, packaging, and data entry while maintaining strict safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate has experience in fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing operations and is comfortable operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and powered industrial trucks. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and quality. Perform inventory transactions, inventory counts, and material tracking within inventory management systems. Pick, kit, package, label, and prepare materials for production, storage, or shipment. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Move, stage, and store materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability. Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with established standard operating procedures. Complete receipt processing, work orders, and inventory documentation accurately. Perform data entry and update inventory records in warehouse management systems. Assign storage locations, conduct audits, and maintain organized warehouse inventory. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process issues, escalating roadblocks, and participating in root cause analysis activities. Ensure proper packaging and protection of materials throughout the fulfillment and manufacturing workflow. Follow all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment center, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing operations. Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and material handling. Ability to operate or willingness to learn forklifts and powered industrial equipment. Experience using inventory management, warehouse management, or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures and work instructions. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience. Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and material requirements planning. Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, distribution, or fulfillment operations. Familiarity with inventory auditing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices. Experience operating reach trucks, turret trucks, or electric pallet jacks.
