PM Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus participation in an annual incentive program. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support inventory management and material flow operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving, issuing, tracking, and maintaining inventory accuracy while ensuring timely support of production operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Receive, issue, store, and track parts, materials, and tooling. Pull work orders and issue materials to support manufacturing operations. Receive completed parts from work orders and purchase orders. Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities. Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning, data entry, and document control processes. Verify parts and materials for quality and defects during handling and processing. Generate reports and perform basic inventory inquiries using internal computer systems. Interpret and update work orders, routers, and production documentation. Move materials between work centers and facility locations. Operate forklifts, company vehicles, and other material-handling equipment as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Identify inventory discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary. Meet daily productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy expectations. Support internal customers by ensuring materials and inventory are available when needed. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stockroom operations, material handling, or related environments. Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory tracking systems. Strong math, counting, and recordkeeping skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to identify discrepancies, solve problems, and make sound decisions. Ability to read and interpret work orders, production documents, and basic sketches. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Forklift certification or forklift operating experience. Experience with cycle counting and inventory management systems. Understanding of inventory control, material flow, and stockroom operations.
Pay:
$19.25 - $24.25 per hour
