Summary Strong execution of data and processes Possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development. Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.

Manage inbound shipments:

po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications. Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs. Execute a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports. Physically move and expedite materials when required to support production and meet work order completion schedule Verify all materials are packaged/bagged and tagged for hand off to the production floor. Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts. Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies. Communicate with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems.

Operate equipment including:

forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, cherry picker, and hand carts.

Night shift:

5 pm to 3:30 am, Wednesday to Saturday Must-Have Skills 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer. Highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel. Flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working

• on several projects simultaneously.

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Can lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation Flexibility to work varying day shifts, including weekends Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours U.S. work authorization meeting Export Control requirements (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee) Nice-to-Have Skills 2+ year in supply chain, operations, warehousing, inventory control or related experience 2+ year experience using MS excel, able to navigate and interpret data Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay 401(k) Retirement plan …and much more!
