Material Control ManagerPOSITION SUMMARY
The Material Control Parts Puller is responsible for rapidly and accurately pulling, staging, and delivering production materials to support aircraft assembly operations. This role operates in a high-demand, takt-time-driven environment where speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail are essential to maintaining uninterrupted production flow. The position also supports material organization activities such as inventory transfers, shelf resets, cycle counts, and routine audits to ensure a clean, organized, and well-controlled storage environment.RESPONSIBILITIES
Pull and issue parts with high speed, accuracy, and attention to detail to meet daily takt-time requirements and support real-time production demands based on prioritization. Perform order picking tasks to fulfill production orders accurately and promptly while maintaining traceability and proper documentation. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all items are stored properly within the distribution center. Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving processes, enhancing overall productivity. Receive incoming materials, parts, and assemblies and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against documentation. Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management. Report any inventory or quality issues to supervisor. Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes within a distribution center environment and prior forklift experience is a plus. Proficient in tracking and maintaining inventory records using various tools, including computer software systems (e.g. ERP), spreadsheets, notes, and internal tracking documentation systems. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in the English language, with the ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in a professional workplace environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a small team Ability to successfully manage and complete work orders by prioritizing multiple work orders with differing timelines and deadlines. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including standing, walking, bending, kneeling and repetitive movement for extended periods. Ability to work under warehouse and production conditions where work is performed with regular exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures, changing weather conditions, noise, moving equipment, and frequent movement between indoor and outdoor work areas. Ability to obtain and maintain all required security clearances, badges, and background check eligibility necessary for airport/TSA-regulated accessCOMPENSATION
Pay Range is $18.00 to $22.00, per hour depending on experience Sick Leave benefit which is more generous than what is required under the WA State Law (RCW 49.46.210). Pro-rated six (6) paid holiday annually.HSA, HMO, PPO
medical plans available. Company pays 75% of base plan for employees and 25% of base plan for dependents. Vision, dental, life and LTD coverage available at employees' expense, at a group rate. Health care plan is available the first of the month after 30 days of continuous employment. Employee-discretionary tax-free savings in the form of a 401(k) plan with CubCrafters' matching contributions up to 4% after six months of employment. Access to CubCrafters' aircraft, rental at the employee's rate.WORK SCHEDULE & CLASSIFICATION
