$26.11/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Responsible for managing packaging and labelling inventory Work with purchasing department for ongoing management of inventory levels Stage inventory on floor for production runs Ensure inventory accuracy and waste reduction Assist with setting up packaging materials on equipment Communicate with planning/scheduling to plan inventory for upcoming runs Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to perform basic math functions Must be able to lift 60-80lb boxes on a consistent daily basis with or without a reasonable accommodation.
